At Tinker Lab, our Whole Child Development Program is dedicated to nurturing every facet of a child's growth—cognitive, emotional, social, and physical. This commitment aligns seamlessly with India's National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Our curriculum is thoughtfully designed to promote the ten core life skills identified by the World Health Organization (WHO), including critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, effective communication, interpersonal skills, self-awareness, empathy, coping with emotions, coping with stress, and creative thinking.
By embedding these life skills into our daily activities, we ensure that children are not only academically prepared but also equipped with essential abilities to navigate the complexities of life. Our Modules:
Module A:
Morning Explorers
9:30 am - 12:30 pm
Our Morning Explorers module, serves as a preschool/nursery program. This module is the heart of Tinker Lab’s philosophy of the Whole Child Approach, offering a balanced mix of guided learning and free play, designed to nurture children’s curiosity, foster independence, and spark creativity through a balanced mix of guided learning activities and free exploration.
Foundational numeracy, literacy, and language skills are embedded seamlessly into playful, hands-on activities. From storytelling that builds vocabulary and phonetic awareness to exploratory art, music and movement and sensory activities that develop early problem-solving and critical thinking skills, every interaction is intentional and developmentally appropriate.
Through this engaging three-hour program, children build essential skills in a way that feels natural and joyful, providing the perfect foundation for lifelong learning.
Module B:
Afternoon Innovators
9:30 am - 3:30 pm
Afternoon Innovators builds on the Morning Explorers program, offering a deeper dive into skill-based learning, collaborative play, and creative exploration. In addition to foundational activities, this program emphasizes critical thinking, phonetic awareness, early numeracy, and emotional regulation through interactive, theme-based modules.
Children engage in hands-on science experiments, role-playing games, and group activities that foster teamwork, empathy, and problem-solving. Literacy and language development continue to be prioritized through teacher-led reading sessions, storytelling, and dialogue-driven learning opportunities.
This extended program ensures that children’s brains are actively stimulated throughout the day in a way that supports their holistic development. Unlike home settings with nannies or caregivers, who may lack the specialized knowledge or bandwidth to provide focused attention, Tinker Lab offers an environment rooted in expertise, intention, and respect for each child’s developmental journey. Our educators are dedicated to meeting the unique needs of every child, ensuring that their early years are enriched with meaningful learning experiences.
Module C:
Full Day Pioneers
9:30 am - 5:30 pm
Full Day Pioneers is Tinker Lab’s most comprehensive program, combining the structured learning of Morning Explorers with the enriched experiences of Afternoon Innovators. This program is designed to keep children engaged, curious, and supported throughout the day, with activities that foster both emotional and intellectual growth.
The program emphasizes foundational numeracy, literacy, and language development through play-based approaches, ensuring that children are learning critical skills without rote memorization. From exploring phonetic patterns and numbers in fun, hands-on ways to storytelling and problem-solving activities, every moment is crafted to build confidence and creativity.
Children also benefit from sensory-rich messy play, collaborative art projects, and opportunities for emotional regulation through structured and unstructured play. Full Day Pioneers ensures that your child spends their day in a nurturing, responsive environment led by trained professionals who understand the importance of connection, play, and intentional learning.

After-School Program
For families who require flexibility, we also offer an after-school program from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. This program ensures that children can continue their learning in a way that aligns with the requirements of formal schooling in India but with the Tinker Lab approach—where learning is joyful and engaging, not rote and burdensome.
